Building Stronger Leaders and Connections That Shine Together

As we move into the second half of 2026, I continue to be inspired by the incredible energy, engagement and commitment of our Women’s Council of REALTORS® San Antonio members and Strategic Partners. Watching this network grow has been one of the great privileges of my year.

This year has already been filled with meaningful connections, valuable education, and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. From Reignite Your Spark and Rhinestone Roundup to Blooming Into Balance, our Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC) Certification Class, Coffee Connects, and most recently our Be A Digital Boss event, our members have consistently shown up ready to learn, lead and elevate their businesses. Each gathering reminds me that our strength comes from the people who fill the room and the relationships they build there. I am continually moved by the willingness of our members to share their knowledge, mentor one another and celebrate each other’s wins, both big and small.

One of the most exciting times of the year is now approaching as we begin preparing for our 2027 leadership team. Women’s Council is built by leaders who are passionate about serving others, strengthening our industry and creating opportunities for fellow REALTORS® to thrive. Stepping into leadership is both a responsibility and a gift, and I have seen firsthand how it shapes careers and deepens friendships. If you have ever wondered whether you have something to offer, I promise you do, and I encourage you to take that first step.

We are thrilled to announce that elections for the 2027 Board will take place on July 23, 2026. I encourage all eligible members to participate in the election process and help shape the future of our network. Please see emails for qualifications. We are especially excited about the talented candidates stepping forward to serve and continue the legacy of leadership that makes our organization so special. Your voice and your vote matter, and I hope each of you will take part.

As we look ahead, we have an exciting lineup of programs and networking opportunities planned for the fall and winter months. In June, we are focused on distributing shirts to our members!

In September, members can join us for our Coffee Connect focused on Leadership and then our signature Member Appreciation Event, Building Relationships That Shine, where we will celebrate the relationships that make our network strong. It is one of my favorite evenings of the year, a chance to pause and honor the connections that carry us forward.

October brings our Cheers to Growth: Sparkling Holiday Kick-Off Mixer, followed by our Strategic Partner Appreciation Breakfast, where we recognize the businesses and individuals who invest in our members’ success throughout the year. These partners give generously of their time and resources, and their support makes so much of what we do possible.

November will feature another Member Orientation and Networking event, helping us welcome and engage new members as we continue to grow our network. Every new face brings fresh ideas and renewed energy, and I look forward to seeing where they will take us.

We are also honored that San Antonio will host the Texas REALTORS® meetings this August, creating additional opportunities for leadership development, networking and statewide collaboration. It is a wonderful reminder of the role our city plays in the larger real estate community across the state.

As president, I am incredibly grateful for our dedicated Board, our Strategic Partners, our Socials and every member who chooses to invest their time and talent into Women’s Council. Together, we are building something truly special — a network that empowers women to become stronger business leaders, stronger advocates and stronger contributors to the communities we serve.

I look forward to seeing all of you at our upcoming events and celebrating another successful year of growth, leadership and connection.

Together, we shine brighter.
