Promulgated Contract Forms, Course # 1251

Course credit hours: 30; Provider #4516

Promulgated Forms is a required qualifying education course that provides a student with a clear, practical approach to purchase agreements and an in-depth analysis of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) forms. for new license holders as well as veteran license holders. This course satisfies the statutory requirement of TREC.

One of the most important things a license holder does when representing either a buyer or seller is preparing and reviewing contract forms. The Canons of Professional Ethics and Conduct, adopted by TREC, requires a license holder to be knowledgeable; to that end it is vital for them to not just know what goes into the blanks in a contract but also know what the preprinted language in the form states.

Key Points:

  • Learn how to select the correct form or forms that are appropriate to use and how to fill them out properly.
  • Case studies are provided to all the students with hands-on practice completing contract and other forms.

Methods of Delivery:

  • In-Person instructor led live classroom, or
