Broker Responsibility is a required 6-hour continuing education course (CE) course. Any license holder may take this course; the following license holder are required to take the course:
• Brokers who sponsor sales agents.
• Designated broker of a business entity who sponsor sales agents; and
• Any license holder (sales agent or broker) who is a delegated supervisor of one or more license holders (for six months or more during the supervisor’s current license period).
This course covers some important new and revised forms as well as information regarding the regulatory aspects of the management, operation, and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas. It provides information about a broker’s responsibilities and obligations under the Texas Administrative Code (22 TAC §532.2) which sets forth specific requirements and best practices for brokers.

Methods of Delivery:
