The San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) honored outstanding professionals, leaders and partners in the South Texas real estate community during the 2025 SABOR Icon Awards, themed A Brunch in Wonderland. The annual event recognizes individuals and organizations whose service, leadership and community impact reflect the highest standards of professionalism.
The awards ceremony was held Dec. 3, 2025, at the San Antonio Botanical Garden. The Wonderland-inspired setting provided a backdrop for celebrating REALTORS® and industry partners who have demonstrated excellence in their careers and meaningful service to others.
2025 SABOR Icon Award Winners
The following honorees represent achievement across a broad range of real estate specialties and community engagement.
Lifetime Distinguished Service Award: Lisa Muñoz
Muñoz was recognized for decades of dedication to the REALTOR® profession and the San Antonio real estate community. Known for her leadership, mentorship and advocacy, she has consistently elevated industry standards while supporting collaboration and ethical practices.
REALTOR® Broker of the Year: Jennifer Browning Shemwell

Manager of the Year: Grant Lopez

Property Management Specialist of the Year:
Jessica Masters

Chad Foster

Marcelino Garcia

Legislative Champion: Jan Hicinbothom
