This year, SABOR has proudly taken a stance in support of Propositions A and B in Bexar County. These measures represent an important step toward responsible growth and investment in our region, aligning with our commitment to fostering a thriving housing market and sustainable communities.
Our Government Affairs team and REALTOR® members have been active in engaging local leaders and informing voters about the real-world impact these propositions will have on homeowners, renters and businesses alike. Whether it’s city zoning, infrastructure or affordability initiatives, SABOR continues to be a trusted advocate, ensuring that the interests of REALTORS® and their clients are represented with clarity and strength.

The REALTOR® Academy has long been a cornerstone of professional development for SABOR members. As the industry shifts and technology advances, our Academy is evolving too. The team is currently working on a revamp of class offerings for 2026, with the goal of delivering education that is more meaningful, relevant and accessible than ever before.
This reimagining of our course catalog goes beyond meeting continuing education requirements. It’s about equipping REALTORS® with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in a competitive marketplace. From in-depth courses on emerging market trends to hands-on sessions that build practical skills, SABOR is committed to helping members grow in ways that matter most to them.
Listening to our members has been central to this process. The Academy team has gathered feedback, assessed industry needs and begun shaping new programming that will ensure every SABOR member can find value in their educational experience. Networking: Connecting REALTORS® and Building Community
SABOR’s calendar is full of opportunities for members to connect, collaborate and celebrate. From the high-energy IMPACT 2025 event to the western-inspired Purple Party, our networking events have showcased the power of bringing REALTORS® together to share ideas, celebrate achievements and strengthen relationships.
And the year isn’t over yet! We’re gearing up for the SABOR Icon Awards, an evening dedicated to recognizing REALTORS® who go above and beyond in their service to clients, their communities and the profession.
